We follow and maintain the highest standards:
- Telcordia/Bellcore GR-1275 standards which includes IEEE Standard 383, National Electrical Code, and Underwriters Laboratories Standard UL 94.
- Telcordia covers everything from ability of equipment to withstand lightning surges to Central Office switch installations.
- FCC regulated public utility has references in GR-1275 documents to MIL-SPEC (Military Specification).

Enterprise Class Equipment
We utilize both 32 bit and 64 bit physical enterprise class Dell Servers connected via fully managed Cisco switches, firewalls and routers. We also implement virtual servers.

Security
24x7x365 unescorted access via card key and pin code access with Man Trap. (3 locked doors to access the Collocation facility) All Cabinets or Cages have customer key issued locks. 29 (Internet accessible) digitally recorded cameras in strategic locations located inside and outside of building. Break glass, fire and door access 24 hour monitored security.

Power
There are 3 – 4000AMP service feeds coming into the hosting facility. The server room uses a 2000Amp service with a 225KVA UPS, 500KVA UPS (dedicated neutral) and 1200Amp 48 volt DC battery plant. 1+ Megawatt Gen set (tested weekly) with 5000 gallon diesel fuel cell that can operate the facility for 72 hours under full load. 24 hour fuel delivery on demand. During a disaster, fuel delivery is second in line after Police/Fire & Hospitals. 5.0KWs per rack or bay (approx 40Amps @ 120V).

Cooling
180 tons of Liebert cooling with generator back up. The chiller plant is capable of 400 tons of cooling.

Fire Suppression:
Dry Pipe Pre-Action Water- requires 2 sensors to be triggered before water charges the overhead pipe. Water will only be dispensed over a melted sprinkler head.

Environmental Controls
Temperature and humidy is monitored and is held at a consistant 76 degrees for optimal performance.

Management & Monitoring
24 x 7 x 365 RNOC (Regional Network Operations Center). Monitors/management of all alarms; fiber, network, facility and environmental.

Network & Connectivity
System includes a 20,000 route mile OC-192 DWDM (800 Gig) fiber network throughout the US, diversely connected to the facility. The primary XO network interconnects at Gig-E or OC-n connectivity with Qwest, Enventis, SHAL, McLeod, Onvoy, Hickory Tech, Global Crossing, Sunguard, Eschelon, FWR & Time Warner.
