RJ Burgess
President and CEO
RJ brings loads of experience from 13 years in selling and implementing enterprise ERP, CRM and Line of Business applications with his last business, ProCon Companies. His knack for seeing what's next in business and software offerings and understanding how the market can make the most of their IT resources guides him on providing a clear vision of action for our firm and the individuals who call GoIWx "home". When RJ is not working he spends as much time as possible with his family. In the warm months in Minnesota, if you need him, you'll have to grab your wake board to catch up with him on the water. He is an avid Crossfitter and a brown belt in Taekwondo.

Mark Picknell
CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
Solid experience, and never ending passion for knowledge and a die-hard work ethic makes Mark a pillar in the GoIWx organization. Quick to smile and last to leave at night, Mark sets the standard for all our IT staff. He leads a never ending quest to do more with less and to tweak every last bit of performance for the IT infrastructures of our partners. When not evaluating the latest trends in technology ROI or studying for certifications you can find him camping with his family, working on yet another home improvement project, and occasionally enjoying a casual round of golf. There's no place like 127.0.0.1.

Michael Swan
Marketing and Communications
Michael brings the GoIWx message to the masses, whether internal or external, the energy is contagious. While not pushing the stats up on the web site or generating buzz with partners and the software/hosting industry, as an avid outdoorsman, chances are you'll find him on a lake fishing, in the woods mountain biking or with a rifle for the hunting season.

Molly S. Burgess
Business Development Manager, SIP Global Markets
Molly brings loads of Line of Business Software experience to the GoIWx team with over 15 years of software sales, auditing, and integration experience. She understands the importance of business supply chain applications, protection of that investment and maximizing enterprise capabilities. When not at work, Molly enjoys spending time relaxing with her Golden Retriever and being a premier kick box instructor at the Lifetime Athletic clubs metro wide in Minnesota.

Kosol "Saul" Sre
Systems Administrator
Kosol, or "Saul" as he's known to our customers and partners is the backbone of the day-to-day systems administration and technical support departments. His demeanor stays cool and unruffled, regardless of the brevity of the situation. After hours, look for Saul in his super hero attire cruising in the bat mobile looking for poker tournaments and one day be the next World Series of Poker Champion....stay tuned.

Benjamin Harwood
SharePoint Administrator
Ben’s primary focus at GoIWx is SharePoint Products and Technologies. He enjoys the process of collaboration with our partners to create and maintain business solutions that encompass this powerful platform. Outside of his professional life, Ben enjoys playing sports, exercising, and spending time with family and friends and staying up late to stay up to date on new technologies.

Mary Burgess
Office Manager / Receptionist
Aside from being the first point of contact for the GoIWx team Mary also handles travel arrangements, office administration, coordinating meetings and the making sure the cookies are hot by 2:00. She is also fortunate enough to call the owner "Son". She has been a Behavior Health Counselor licensed in State of Minnesota and keeps everyones attitudes inline. Mary is active in the community and can be found in The Gym working out daily and seems to eats healthier than a dietitian.
