RJ Burgess
RJ brings loads of experience with 11 years of owning a practice that sold and implemented enterprise ERP, CRM and ISV solutions, called ProCon Companies. In 1999 RJ had a vision to provide customers a new way to take advantage of IT. As part of the DOT COM day’s he self funded a hosting start up named e-ProCon2, LLC. When Dot Net went Dot Bomb, RJ and company continued to run with the vision. He since sold the ERP practice to focus on the hosting company, looking to make a difference for people one customer at a time. When RJ is not working he spends as much time as possible with his family. In the warm months in Minnesota, if you need him, you'll have to grab your wake board to catch up with him on the water. He is an avid
Crossfitter and a red belt in Taekwondo.

Michael Swan
Michael brings the GoIWx hosting value message to the masses, whether internal or external, the energy is contagious. While not pushing the stats up on the web site or generating buzz with partners and the software/hosting industry, as an avid outdoorsman, chances are you'll find him on a lake fishing, in the woods mountain biking or with a rifle for the hunting season.
Kosol "Saul" Sre
GoIWx takes great pride in having Saul on our team to set the standard for managing partner and customer satisfaction. His teams run day-to-day systems administration and technical
support as well as lending technical expertise to engineering aspects of enterprise systems design. His cool demeanor and confidence lends itself to keeping our team and (Y)our customers satisfied, regardless
of the brevity of the situation. Since we receive emails weekly from customers raving about the support departments go above and beyond to find solutions, work through customer issues, to synch data devices and help users leverage technology in more meaningful and practical ways, you'll find that you're in good hands with Saul at the helm.
Benjamin Harwood
Ben started out with GoIWx as a specialist in managing Microsoft products maintaining our hosted environments and has grown with GoIWx to help design and develop new infrastructure, implement HMC, create SAN storage solutions and integrate monitoring and reporting tools, control panels and much more to help provide both partners and customers to the relevant information and control of their environment they demand. He is certified in several areas, but he is an animal in understanding the in’s and out’s of our SharePoint and Dynamics offerings and the Microsoft technology stack. He enjoys the process of collaboration with our partners to create and maintain business solutions that encompass this powerful platform in our state-of-the-art hosting facilities. Outside of his professional life, Ben enjoys playing sports, exercising, and spending time with family and friends and staying up late to stay up to date on new technologies.
Mary Burgess
Aside from supporting the growth of the GoIWx team Mary also handles travel arrangements, office administration, coordinating meetings and the making sure the cookies are hot by 2:00. She is also fortunate enough to call the owner "Son" and keeps him on the straight and narrow. She has been a Behavior Health Counselor licensed in State of Minnesota and keeps everyones attitudes inline. Mary is active in the community and can be found in The Gym working out daily and seems to eats healthier than a dietitian.
