The outline below is a portion of the "On-Boarding" discovery process. The completion of these steps is integral to performing a streamlined and predictable workflow and is inline with a Best Practices deployment. Achieving a smooth implementation for (Y)our Customers is our highest priority.
a. Document defines what type Terms and Conditions, Service Level Agreement, Acceptable User Policy.
a. Determine what users access what applications, identify power users, primary contacts, etc.
a. Attach maintenance schedule - see item 11 below
a. Determine which End Users have access to which printers
b. Use Device Matrix form to identify what devices are to be supported and which users have special requirements.
a. Get close and talk to them on the phone to determine possible challenges and create roll-out strategy
b. How do we handle changes, deviations or discrepancies in the order
i. Confirm Change-Order processes
a. What is GoIWx installing
b. What is the partner installing
a. What other programs are needed
i. PDF Reader/Writer

a. Determine what GoIWx Customer Care department does when an end customer contacts GoIWx
b. What specifically GoIWx supports for End Customer
c. What specifically does Partner support for End Customer
d. Add, Change Deletes of users
e. Add, Change Delete of applications
i. Add – Moves to GoIWx sales
ii. Change – Moves to GoIWx accounting
iii. Delete – Moves to GoIWx accounting
a. Define who is responsible for specific elements of maintenance
b. Determine data back-up schedules and degree of data to be backed up
i. Provide (1) backup every 24 hours
ii. Recovery – Determine who is authorized within organization who can request a recovery. Authorization request must be in writing.

a. We compile all documentation and make it available within the Partner Portal for retrieval as you require.
