Informed Systems, Inc. (ISI), is a software consulting company, specializing in the value-added reselling of Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Microsoft Business Solutions). ISI sells, installs, implements and supports an entire suite of Microsoft Dynamics products including Microsoft Dynamics - GP, Microsoft Dynamics -CRM and Microsoft Small Business Financials.

The mission at ISI is to provide unparalleled support services for existing Microsoft Business Solutions customers and superior implementation and training services for new Microsoft Business Solutions users. The ongoing achievement of these core objectives has allowed ISI to grow and prosper.

ISI and its team members have serviced more than 300 companies in the past eleven years, including The Pennsylvania Convention Center and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The company’s successful growth can be attributed to having a superior product combined with careful attention to customer service. ISI clients have access to the support they need, when they need it.

To further complement their customer service philosophy, ISI uses a sales and marketing strategy focusing on vertical markets. This approach has allowed ISI to grow as a business while at the same time providing clients with increasing levels of customer service.

Current ‘Mission Critical’ needs and Future Corporate Direction
In order to maintain the service levels that ISI has set for itself, the company reinvests heavily each year to train and certify its staff on the Microsoft products they support. Currently, ISI has attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft partner program with a specific competency designation for Microsoft Dynamics authorizing them to install and support the Microsoft Dynamics products on all database platforms that Microsoft currently supports including Microsoft’s SQL Server.
