Web Based Support / Training - Using remote software, a PALs technician can "enter" your computer to fix problems or demonstrate features. Or, you can enter a PALs computer. This is particularly helpful for training purposes. While we talk on the phone, we share the same computer screen.
PALs has a unique support feature for USERS with internet access. At the form where you need the support, you click on the HELP button and look for the answer to your question. If is is not found or not clear, simple click on the button, "Email Developer" and send your question in. An email reply will provide the answer that can be easily copied into the HELP form where you were experiencing the problem for a ready reference the next time.
