My name is Yvonne Lindberg, Executive Assistant at Global Railway, a consolidator of North American railway equipment manufacturers. We work with GoIWx to provide a hosted environment for our organization using: Microsoft Windows 2003 Server for Remote Desktop Terminal Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 upgrading to 2005 for an ERP Database, Microsoft Exchange 2003 for email services and Microsoft SharePoint services. Together these applications in the hosted environment provide a vital key for our communication and collaboration efforts in our organization. We appreciate the unique service that GoIWx provides.

My boss got a new blackberry so he could receive his Outlook email in both the US & Canada. I needed Saul's help in getting it set up. It took us a little time but he managed to get it going. I asked if he could help me get Terry's AOL to go to the Blackberry as well.

Instead of saying – well that's not our problem, Saul took the time and set it up and showed me how to do it. My boss is thrilled. He said there are times when it's a hassle to get out his laptop just to check both emails. This way he can do it on the fly on his Blackberry.
