To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Victoria Zelin, Senior Vice President, Hudson Gain Corporation, an Executive Search/ Organizational and Management Consulting firm. We work with GoIWx who provides a hosted environment for our organization using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for our Web Application Database (ExecutiveChemistry.com) and Microsoft Exchange 2003 for our email and wireless device communication services.

Just wanted to tell you that I appreciate the way Saul Sre (GoIWx, Inc. Systems Administrator) has solved problems for me.

He always follows through till the end, no matter how obscure the problem.

He is patient, explains things as needed, and is considerate and meticulous.

It’s a pleasure to work with him and I feel very lucky to have him as our technology partner. I have often had other partners who don’t “own” the problems; Saul definitely does, and goes out of his way to find solutions.

Example: I was going to have to go back to a Verizon rep late tonight to solve an error message; Saul found the answer online, called me, fixed the problem through Crossloop and saved me probably an hour of time with Verizon. That’s service!

Together the Microsoft Applications in GoIWx’s hosted environment provide a vital key for our communication and collaboration efforts in our organization. We appreciate the unique service that GoIWx provides.
