My name is Erika Sebens, Marketing and Customer Service Manager for the 70 year old luggage company, Zero Halliburton Inc,. We work with GoIWx who provides a hosted environment for our organization using Microsoft Windows 2003 Server for Remote Desktop Terminal Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 for ERP Database(s), and Microsoft Exchange 2003 for email services. We moved to this service in October 2007 and it is one of the best business decisions we have made. We feel very fortunate to be supported by the GoIWX team and recommend their operation and services whenever we can.

In particular I wanted to emphasize the superior support we get from Saul Sre (GoIWx, Inc. Systems Administrator). He has solved numerous problems for me and our entire staff. He is patient and very good at walking a novice through various issues to solve problems. He also has a good sense of humor when dealing with the stressed and frustrated client. We have had numerous issues while we relocated our offices from Utah to New Jersey, and GoIWX and Saul made the technology side of the move painless.
