"To Mark Picknell: Just wanted to tell you again how we appreciate having Saul Sre as our contact.
I called this morning and left a message, said it wasn’t urgent, just wanted to know why my computer was running so slow. He called within a few minutes and within another few minutes of asking me to check on some data from my computer, made a suggestion. While I don’t like the answer (I’m short on memory, and I should buy some more RAM if I want to run faster), the process of understanding the problem was simple, fast, efficient.

As always, Saul was responsive, fast, easy to understand, hassle-free with clear recommendations.
